  9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
    We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@Siurona.shop with your order details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
